Employee persona interview simulation is a method of pre-checking interview questions and policy hypotheses by talking with a virtual person who reflects the job, experience, and personality. Generated opinions are distinguished from actual remarks by employees or organizational satisfaction survey results.
How do you reflect the perspectives of each job?
The tasks to be reviewed, including product planning, development, production, and SCM, as well as rank and experience, technology acceptance, and field difficulties are summarized in the profile. Rather than assuming the thoughts of a particular group as fixed facts, we design them to include different perspectives and exceptions.
Flow of interview and question improvement
| step | Description |
|---|---|
| Hypothesis/Purpose Definition | Decide what to check for new systems, products, or business tools |
| virtual interview | Explore the basis for your response through individual and group conversations and follow-up questions |
| Review comments | Sorting out common concerns, conflicting demands and missed questions |
| Preparing for the actual investigation | Modify the question and select a hypothesis to check with actual executives and employees |
By what criteria do you consider quality?
- Ensure that roles and conversation context are maintained in follow-up questions.
- Check that opinions are not generated uniformly across different profiles.
- If you have actual research data, compare the differences between the main themes and counterarguments.
- Record model, questionnaire, profile versions and review process.
We do not determine the actual attitudes or personnel decisions of executives and employees based on the opinions generated. The results are verified through actual member surveys and field reviews.
