Personal Data Collection and Use
GLT Korea Co., Ltd. processes the information below for consultation, member services, and separately agreed upon newsletters. Effective date: October 26, 2026 · Accepted version: 2026-10-26-v1.
Consultation inquiry
Company name, person in charge, email, field of interest, and inquiry details are collected for the purpose of consultation and response. The public cases/products delivered on the consultation screen, the improvement tasks selected, and the current system/operation scale/review stage selected are also saved for the same purpose. You can still submit an inquiry even if you leave the selection blank. It is automatically deleted after being stored for 3 months from the date of submission, and inquirers are not automatically converted into members or newsletter subscribers. If you do not agree to the collection of required information, online inquiries will be restricted, and phone and email consultations will be available.
member service
The required item is email, which is used for account identification, email authentication, login, and member service provision. Company name, job duties, and areas of interest are optional items and are used to save settings requested by members. When you write a review note, the product, title, content, and modification date are saved. If you do not agree to the processing of required information, you can sign up, but you can still use public content and basic materials and consultation.
Membership information and notes will be kept until withdrawal or termination of service. When you cancel, your account, sessions, and notes will be deleted, and your newsletter will also be cancelled. The authentication number is verified with HMAC and is valid for 10 minutes. Authentication emails waiting to be sent are temporarily stored on a server with restricted access and deleted upon delivery or expiration. Login sessions last up to 30 days and are invalidated when you log out or cancel your membership. To prevent mass requests, IP and email identification values are processed with HMAC, the original text is not stored, and request restriction records are cleaned up after 24 hours.
Newsletter · Selection Consent
You can subscribe after verifying your email address independently of registering as a member. You are given consent to collect and use personal information for the purpose of sending newsletters and to receive email advertising information. The items are email and the selected area of interest, and the purpose is to send emails of GLT cases, product news, and introduction guides. Even if you do not select or withdraw, you can still use the membership/sandbox service.
Subscription information will be retained until cancellation or termination of service. If you unsubscribe, you will be immediately excluded from receiving and the email address and interests will be deleted from the subscriber table. Emails from existing member accounts will be retained for account service purposes. Proof of consent/withdrawal is recorded as HMAC identification value, purpose, processing status, phrase version, date, and application route instead of the original email text, and is kept for the consent retention period and for one year after withdrawal. The HMAC identifier also restricts access.
You can unsubscribe without logging in using the free unsubscribe link in the newsletter body. Reservations made before shipping begins are also excluded. Mail that is already being sent cannot be retrieved. Consent/withdrawal processing results will be notified without delay, and consent to receiving advertising information will be checked every two years. Details for each recipient, such as delivery success/failure, are deleted after up to 90 days. We do not use individual view tracking pixels or click tracking.
Processing and Operations
The website is operated by Your IT VPS and uses HTTPS. Email authentication/guidance and newsletters use Mail Plug SMTP to transmit the recipient's email and the content of the email. We perform processing to the extent necessary for service operation and transmission and do not use it to provide arbitrary third-party sales lists. Only administrators can check member/subscription information and consent history. Member review notes can only be viewed on the member's own screen.
Backup/Destroy
Access-restricted backups of the operating server are deleted after 7-day rotation. Active authentication numbers, login sessions, and member mail queues are excluded from backup. New member/subscription personal information, consent/memos, and transmission details by recipient are excluded from GitHub external backup, and external backup maintains the encryption storage policy of existing public data and operational configuration. When recovering, we check the deletion/withdrawal history to re-verify the sending destination and do not automatically resend newsletters from backups.
Electronic information whose storage purpose has ended is deleted to prevent recovery, and backups are destroyed when circular storage ends. Confirmation emails that fail to be sent will be deleted after a maximum of 24 hours, and authentication emails will be deleted after 10 minutes.
View/Correction/Withdrawal/Delete
You can change or cancel your membership information, interests, and subscriptions in My Space. If you only subscribe to the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in the email and change your interests by applying for a new subscription and verifying your email. Aside from member account deletion, existing inquiries are subject to consultation retention standards. Requests for viewing, correcting, deleting, or suspending processing of other personal information will be processed after verifying your identity by contacting the person in charge.
