Member Service Terms and Conditions

Membership registration and authentication
GLT Korea Co., Ltd.'s membership service is provided to users who have completed email verification and agreed to these terms and conditions and the collection and use of member personal information. Company name, job title, and field of interest are optional information. You must not share your authentication number and login information with others.
Features provided
It provides the ability to set areas of interest, save introduction review notes, and enter members-only experiences. Whether or not the actual engine/business system is disclosed and the scope of provision follows the guidance for each product. We do not interpret the current trial preparation instructions as actual optimization runs or analysis results. Only members can view notes, and there is a maximum of 20 notes.
Public materials and consultation
Product descriptions, cases, basic materials, and consultation requests can be accessed without registering as a member. Website data does not guarantee performance, cost, or introduction period for individual customers, and actual application conditions are reviewed separately.
Select newsletter
Newsletters are sent only when you have separately consented to the use of personal information and receiving email advertising information. Even if you decline or withdraw, you can still use membership services. You can also subscribe by email verification without registering.
User Obligations and Restrictions on Use
You may not steal other people's emails, make automated bulk requests, circumvent security, or otherwise interfere with service. Customer identification information, personal information, and trade secrets must not be arbitrarily entered into the limited experience. To protect the service, restrictions on the number of requests and storage may be applied, and use of the account may be restricted in case of fraudulent use.
Withdrawal/Delete information
You can withdraw from your space. Member information, sessions, and review notes will be deleted, and the email newsletter in question will also be terminated. Separately received consultation inquiries, minimum consent/withdrawal proof, and circular backups are subject to the storage standards in the personal information processing guide.
Service changes and inquiries
We will notify you on the website when features are added, inspected, or change provision conditions, and if there are significant changes to the rights of existing members, you will be notified in advance. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and related disputes are governed by the jurisdictional standards of the relevant laws. We do not restrict users’ rights recognized by law.
