This guide explains the AI Value Link collaboration approach and adoption review. The proposed architecture is distinct from the current availability of individual solutions.

Even with the same systems and AI tools, operational results can differ. Work sequences, exception rules, data meanings and system connections vary. AI adoption starts with clarifying and validating that business knowledge.

1. What is field know-how?

Knowledge includes designs and source code, but also the conditions operators repeatedly adjust, responses to errors and agreements between teams that systems do not record. The priority is making the rules and exceptions behind real decisions explainable.

2. Start with a customer challenge.

Select one representative task rather than collecting every piece of knowledge at once. Identify time-consuming decisions, available materials, the reviewer and review criteria. Check data usage boundaries and existing system constraints as well.

3. Connect knowledge with AI and validate the results.

Distinguish AI reference material from business rules requiring human review. Select methods such as document retrieval, question answering, business data interpretation or system integration. Compare results for representative and exceptional cases under the same conditions as the existing process.

4. How does AI Value Link connect collaborators?

GLT AI Value Link connects domain experts, AI capabilities and customer business challenges. It considers work across monitoring, settlement, transportation, delivery, warehouses, processes and equipment interfaces, defining responsibilities and deliverables for each project.

IP usage, contribution assessment and compensation are discussed separately with participants. The collaboration concept does not indicate completed product implementation or fixed distribution terms.

5. What to prepare for an adoption review

  • A representative task and expected outcomes
  • Available documents, data and current systems
  • Human review criteria and important exceptions
  • Material usage boundaries, responsibilities and implementation conditions

You do not need every document ready at the start. Begin the discussion with your current problem and available materials, then define what is needed for further review.
